How things work here?

You can easily and cheaply book your apartment directly on our website here , but you can also use Booking.com or Air BnB. As soon as you book, we'll send you a 'booking code' to manage your stay, and Alfred, our virtual receptionist, will take it from there.

After booking, you will receive a "reservation management code" and we recommend that you check in with it as soon as possible. This is done in our Alfred app ( https://alfred.previo.app )

We are located in a pedestrian zone, so we recommend that you secure a parking space - again self-service via the Alfred app (https://alfred.previo.app). You can choose either:

• central parking - free - 5 min walk from the apartments

• at the apartment 34 - charged - we only have 2 places available so far 

If you have checked in and paid your stay, then on the day of arrival you will receive (by email, SMS) your PIN for the apartment key box . All boxes are located on the terrace of the house at Karlštejn 34 (No. 34).

We have provided the photos to help you visualize the layout and easily find your way upon arrival.

To reach our apartments for loading or unloading your luggage, you will need to enter a pedestrian zone. If you are stopped by the police, please have your accommodation booking confirmation ready upon request (either electronic or printed). If you have booked 'parking at 34', you may leave your vehicle there; otherwise, you must park your vehicle at the central parking lot. We have provided the photos to help you visualize the layout and easily find your way upon arrival.

For the purpose of obtaining the key and the necessary unloading and loading of luggage, park in the vicinity of the house no. 34 so as not to obstruct traffic and then place your vehicle in the space you ordered in the Alfred application .

We want our accommodation to be pleasant for you and others, so we ask that you follow these simple rules:

• No smoking , candles or fire inside the apartment

• Quiet hours after 10pm

• Ban on noise or parties

• Overall respect for other guests and our neighbors

Failure to comply with the rules will result in a fine of CZK 2,500 per each violation.

Breakfast is served as a self-service buffet from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the bistro. Please note that breakfast is not automatically included in your accommodation. You can easily order it via the Alfred app. More pictures here...
