1. General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
This document governs the relationship between you (the provider) and the guest.
Basic provisions

Subject: The contractual relationship is established by confirming the reservation and paying the deposit via the payment gateway.
Payment and cancellation terms

Payment: We accept credit cards through a secure gateway. Accommodation prices are final and include accommodation fee.

Cancellation:

Free cancellation 14 days before arrival

50% of the reservation price if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.

100% of the reservation price if cancelled less than 3 days before arrival

Rights and obligations

Check-in / Check-out: Please provide exact times.

Damage: The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property in full.

Prohibitions: Smoking indoors, organizing noisy parties, pets (unless allowed).

Scope and purpose of processing

Accommodation implementation: Name, surname, contact (necessary for the contract).

Legal obligation: Address, ID/passport number (for recording accommodation fees to the municipality and the alien police).

Payment gateway: The card details are processed directly by the gateway provider, you do not have access to them (this is important to mention for guest trust).
Retention period
We retain data for the period specified by law.
3. Provision of Services and Payment
Payment Gateway Provider
Online payments for our accommodation are processed via the secure payment gateway provided by Comgate, a.s. (available at: https://www.comgate.eu/en/payment-gateway). Comgate is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. All payments processed through this system are fully secured, and all data transmitted is encrypted.
Payment Methods and the Payment Process
During the booking process, you can choose from the following online payment methods:

Card Payment: The fastest way to pay. After selecting this method, you will enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC code (the three digits on the back of your card) into the Comgate payment gateway interface. The process is fully secured by the 3D Secure standard, meaning you will likely be asked to verify the payment within your mobile banking app or via an SMS code.

Bank Transfer via Online Payment Buttons: An instant money transfer from your online banking account. After selecting your bank, you will be redirected directly to your online banking portal, where a pre-filled payment order will be displayed (including the amount, variable symbol, and recipient's account details). You simply authorize the payment as you normally would.

Note: The accommodation provider does not have access to your sensitive banking details or credit/debit card information. This data is processed exclusively by the payment gateway provider.
Delivery of Services
Upon successful completion of the payment via the Comgate payment gateway, you will receive a payment receipt and a binding booking confirmation at the email address you provided. All check-in instructions and details regarding your arrival will be sent to you electronically.
